Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the third respondent to collect statements from all victims in respect of FIR in Crime No.201 of 2022 on his file and to add all the persons who are involved in occurrence as accused, by considering the representation dated 07.06.2022 given by the petitioner and to complete the investigation within a time limit to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to collect statements from all victims in respect of FIR in Crime No.201 of 2022 on the file and to consequently add all the persons who are involved in occurrence as accused, by considering the representation dated 07.06.2022 given by the petitioner and to complete the investigation. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been lodged only on 23.04.2022, since then, more than 250 witnesses have examined and still numerous complaints are forthcoming, which are also being examined.

3.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent police to investigate expeditiously. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
