The Divisional Manager v. Uthiriyanathan

C.M.P.No.19085 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.40258 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 37 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the M.C.O.P.No.22 of 2016 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (SubJudge) at Neyveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
