Considering the urgency that the counselling is to take place today and on subsequent days, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a mention to take up the Writ Petition.

2. Mr.Ramaswamy Neelakandan, the learned Additional Advocate General No.VIII, would submit that out of the three petitioners, two petitioners viz., M.Ghandhimathi and K.Dhanabal have secured the requisite marks and are entitled to be called for the counselling. Insofar as the first petitioner viz., A.Mariammal is concerned, she has not secured the requisite marks and therefore she is not entitled to be considered at all.

3. Consequently, W.M.P.No.15658 of 2024 is allowed insofar as the petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned and it will stand dismissed insofar as the first petitioner is concerned.

4. The appointments, if any, that is given to the petitioners in the present W.M.P.No.15658 of 2024, will be subject to the final orders in the Writ Petition.
