ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce Mr.Dheena, son of Mr.Dhalayan, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
detenu has been secured on 02.11.2020 and handed over to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the complaint itself has been withdrawn by the petitioner.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this habeas corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
