O R D E R

Mr.K.A.Mariappan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise all objections with respect to the notice that has been issued on 20.05.2024, before the Authority.

Liberty is granted. In case the order goes against the petitioner, he is also entitled to challenge the same in the manner known to law under Section 79 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959.
