By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.Heard Mr.T.V.Sai Srunjan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Maheswari, learned Senior Central https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent. 3.Though several averments have been made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to consider the representation dated 20.6.2014, which has been submitted to the first respondent through the Attorney. Though notice has been served on the second respondent and their name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the second respondent.
4.Heard the learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent.
5.In the light of the above facts and taking note of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.6.2014, after notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
