Mr.M.Vijayan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. Since the relief is sought against the first respondent, this writ petition is disposed of, by consent of the both parties.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 23.06.2017, wherein and whereby she sought for compensation, by way of Insurance Policy for the death caused to her husband due to blasting of LPG gas cylinder.

It is seen that the petitioner has approached the first respondent seeking for payment of compensation pursuant to the death of her husband on 15.03.2017, resulting out of the cylinder blast that took place on 10.03.2017. The petitioner claims such compensation based on the Public Liability Insurance for LPG Customers, as provided under the terms of the first respondent. It is further seen that pursuant to the said request made by the petitioner, the first respondent-Corporation called upon the petitioner to furnish certain details and documents, through their communication dated 10.07.2017 and the same was responded by the petitioner through communication dated 20.07.2017, by enclosing the documents sought for by the first respondent. However, the first respondent has sought for some more documents through the communication dated 31.
07.2017, which according to the petitioner have already been sent. In any event, as the first respondent has taken into consideration of the petitioner's claim and is in the process of disposing of the same, the petitioner is directed to furnish one more sets of the documents, which are available with her, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such documents, the first respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks thereafter. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
