This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner against the 4th respondent in CSR.No. 182 of 2024 dated 09.03.2024.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the complaint in CSR.No. 182 of 2024 dated 09.03.2024 has been preferred by the petitioner and enquiry is going on.

3. In view of the above fact that the third respondent/Police has already initiated enquiry into the complaint made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent/Police to complete enquiry in CSR.No.182 of 2024, dated 09.03.2024 within a period of three weeks from today.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No
