This Petition has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned District Judge, Permanent Lok Adalath, (I/C) Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, the Nilgiris, vide D.No.847/2022 dated 12.07.2022.

2. It is seen from the records that, while disposing of the petition in Crl.O.P.No.16882 of 2021, this Court order dated 20.09.2021, directed the trial Court to club the cases of accused A1, A2, A4 and A5, proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of four months. However, the learned District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, (FAC) Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, through her letter dated 07.02.2022 vide D.No.173/2022 has prayed for extension of four months time to dispose of the case. Now, the learned District Judge, Permanent Lok Adalath, (I/C) Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris has sent communication dated 02.07.2022 vide D.No.847/2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in P.R.C.No.34 of 2004 and sought further period of four months time to complete the trial in the said case.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court grants four months time to complete the trial in P.R.C.No.34 of 2004 on the file of the learned District Judge, Permanent Lok Adalath, (I/C) Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 12.08.2022 Anu To
