This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., on 1st and 15th working of every month until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all the hearing dates without fail on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.963 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22927 of 2022 dated 30.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.963 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22927 of 2022 dated 30.01.2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
