learned Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act. The petitioners herein are arrayed as A1 to A6.
2.During argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks early disposal of C.C.No.216 of 2010 within a time as fixed by this Court. He submits that the petitioners are ready to cooperate for early disposal. 3.Considering the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, since the charge sheet has been laid against the accused persons for offences under Sections 147, 294 (b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.216 of 2010. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.216 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to cooperate for early disposal. 4.The Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
