Respondent Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of declaration declaring the clarification issued by the respondent in Ref.No.VAT Cell/15987/07 (VCC 526) dated 21-05-2007 as null and void and further hold that Raw Green Pepper as a fresh vegetable exempt under Entry 33 of Part B of the Fourth Schedule to the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006.
