Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is not co-operating with the respondent police for enquiry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would co-operate with the respondent police for enquiry. 4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to co-operate with the respondent police for enquiry and the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
