C.M.P.Nos.13371, 13375 & 13379 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.Nos.64900 to 64902 of 2025 R. KALAIMATHI, J.

These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 518 days in filing the appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent does not have serious objections in allowing these petitions.

4. The petitioners would aver that due to financial inability and health problem, the delay of 518 days occurred, which is not wanton.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioners in the affidavits appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 518 days shall stand waived.
