Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.07.2013, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no case or petition pending before the respondent police.
