PRAYER:The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records including roaster registry connected with the impugned Advertisement dated 06.08.2018 published in the English Daily, "THE HINDU" issued by the 4th respondent College and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to calculate exact number of short fall backlog vacancies for the post of Assistant Professor and to take appropriate actions to issue fresh and separate detailed advertisement for Special Recruitment in respect of SC/ST backlog vacancies in the first instance before filing up of regular vacancies.
