It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that case has been registered for offence under Section 302 IPC and other offences and also for offence under Section 3 of TNPPD Act and under Section 3(1) (r), 3(1) (s), 3 (1) (o), 3(2) (va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989.

3. Considering the fact that chargesheet was filed for offence under Section 302 IPC, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
