2. Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Special Public Prosecutor for Enforcement Directorate, accepts notice for the respondent and submits that no other separate appeal has been preferred by the appellant before us.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the matter, we accept the reason for delay i.e., that the petitioner was pursuing alternate remedy. We also notice that the delay sought to be condoned is only 6 days.
