A.No.3026 of 2022 in C.S.No.196 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This Application has been filed to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to file additional documents mentioned in the Judges Summons in the above suit.

2. In the petition, it is stated by the applicants/plaintiffs that in the set of 12 additional documents mentioned in the Judges Summons, certain documents came into existence subsequent to the filing of the present suit and certain documents were inadvertently not filed along with the plaint due to the urgency in filing the suit. The aforesaid documents pertains to illegal action taken against the applicants after institution of the suit.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have also not raised any objections to this application.

4. The suit is pending at the trial stage and the issues are framed. Except 4th defendant, no other defendants have filed their written statement.

5. Upon perusal of the proposed additional documents, this Court feels it appropriate to entertain the application. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicants/plaintiffs are permitted to file the additional documents, however subject to proof and relevance of the documents.
