Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner by an order dated 26.09.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.13717 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.25971 of 2018 that the Petitioner is directed to report before the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu, once in a week till the completion of trial and also during the hearing dates and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13717 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.25971 of 2018 on 26.09.2019 to report before the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu once in a week till the completion of the trial and also during the hearing dates.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
