Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the Petitioner / Appellant to effect service of summons to the 4th respondent namely M.Ramesh Babu through one issue of tamil daily newspaper 'Malai Murasu' and pass such other or further orders as are necessary under the circumstances of the case (IN C.M.P.No.10604 of 2022) and (ii)Permit the Petitioner / Appellant to effect service of summons to the 5th respondent namely M.Ramesh Babu through one issue of tamil daily newspaper 'Malai Murasu' and pass such other or further orders as are necessary under the circumstances of the case (IN C.M.P.No.

10605 of 2022) Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BASKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner in both the Petitions and of M/S.J.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the 1 to 3 Respondents in each the Petitions, the court made the following order:- C.M.P.No.10604 of 2022 is filed to permit the petitioner / appellant to effect service of summons to the 4th respondent, namely, M.Ramesh Babu through one issue of Tamil daily newspaper Malai Murasu.

2. C.M.P.No.10605 of 2022 is filed to permit the petitioner / appellant to effect service of summons to the 5th respondent, namely, M.Ramesh Babu through one issue of Tamil daily newspaper Malai Murasu.

3. The petitions are allowed. The paper publication shall be effected ten days prior to the next hearing date. Post the matter on 29.07.2022.
