This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7842 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
