ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents for police protection, at the time of measuring the property in S.No.236/5 - 1.40 acres, S.No.236/7-1.06acres, S.No.238/3-2.79 acres, situated at Soranjeri, Ayilchery Village, Avadi Firka, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District, with Taluk Surveyor, as per the complaint dated 14.12.2014 lodged by the petitioners.

2.According to the petitioners, the petitioners have paid the necessary fee to the Taluk Office, for measuring their lands by the Revenue Authorities. If the Revenue Authorities come to the place for measuring the lands, the petitioners may approach the Tahsildar for issuing necessary instructions to the local police for giving protection to the Revenue Authorities, at the time of measuring the lands.

3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and a copy of the order shall be marked to the Tahsildar, Poonamallee Taluk, Chennai-600 056.
