Mr.C.R.Malarvannan Counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) Order (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) We do not find any justification in advancing the hearing of the HCP itself. However, Mr.S.Marshall, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenu has suffered fractures on both his arms and on account of improper medical attention, the bones have been set incorrectly. As a result, the detenu is wholly incapacitated and unable to perform any work. The petitioner claims to have made a representation on 09.01.2026 seeking proper medical attention, which has not been addressed till date.

2. Hence, there is a direction to the authorities concerned to address the representation of the petitioner seeking proper medical attention and do the needful in this regard, in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With this direction, the Miscellaneous Petition is closed. List the HCP in usual course.
