Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the judgement and decree passed in AS.No.5/2019 dated 30/01/2020 by the learned Sub Judge Gobichettipalayam at Erode reversing the judgement and decree passed in OS.No.203/2013 dated 30/11/2018 by the learned District Munsif Gobichettipalayam (IN CMP.No.12073 of 2020) pending disposal of the above said Second Appeal (SA.No.573 of 2020).

As a result of the judgment of the Appellate Court, the suit filed by the appellant stands dismissed. Therefore, there is no question of suspending the operation of the judgment and decree of the Appellate Court.
