ASHA, J, These applications are filed to permit the plaintiff to amend the prayers in the Plaint in Paragraph 19 by adding the prayer as 19C, in the event of this Court declining to grant the above two reliefs sought for them, grant an alternate relief directing the defendants to refund the sum of Rs.6,66,168/- to the plaintiff in C.S.No.112 of 2006 and a sum of Rs.6 88 482/- to the plaintiff in C.S.No.116 of 2006 along with interest at 18% per annum from the date of filing the Plaint till the date of realisation. 2.The respondents have no objection to the applications being allowed without prejudice to the rights of the issue of limitation.

3.Hence, these applications are allowed without prejudice to the rights of the respondents.

4. The amendment shall be carried out on or before 15.12.2020.
