This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.18073 of in Crl.O.P.No.14346 of 2022 on 30.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
