This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to D.V.C.No. 17 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, and to strike out the petitioners name and the same as an abuse of the process of law.

The learned Counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioners, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
