The petitioner made a representation on 16.03.2015 to the respondent no.1 stating that pursuant to the death of his grand father, the petitioner and others mentioned therein are the legal heirs and a certificate will have to be issued to that effect. As the said request has not been considered by the respondent no.1, a further representation was made on 14.06.2015 to the respondent no.2. Thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 16.03.2015 with the respondent no.1, a direction is issued to the said authority to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required.
