There is no dispute in the relationship of landlord and the tenant.

The tenant has deposited a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only) pursuant to the order of this Court to the credit of RCOP.No.345 of 2011, on the file of the learned Rent Controller/X Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai. The amount represents the arrears of rent that has been payable by the tenant.

2. Therefore, the landlord is entitled for the same. CMP.No.14129 of 2021 stands allowed.
