Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking for a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Sriperambudur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.307 of 2009 with time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. In both CRP's.:

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramajayam COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suits in O.S.Nos.222 of 2014 and 307 of 2009 respectively pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperambudur.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the respective Revision petitions, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. Page No.2 of 5

3. Pursuant to my order dated 13.06.2025, the learned District Munsif, Sriperambudur has in D.No.236 of 2025 dated 27.06.2025 written to the Registry of this Court requesting for four (4) months time to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.222 of 2014 and 307 of 2009.

4. I have perused the materials and the report dated 27.06.2025 and I have also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view of the reasonable reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, Sriperambudur for seeking four months time, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Sriperambudur is directed to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.222 of 2014 and 307 of 2009 finally on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the parties.

6. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs.
