This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 07.04.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2. Head the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application filed by the petitioner on 07.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
