Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.04.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.5986 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 23542 of 2021 that the petitioner should report before the investigating officer twice in a month i.e on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5986 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23542 of 2021 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer twice in a month ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
