..Respondent(s) PRAYER IN CRL MP No. 8103 of 2026: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to file an application under section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court, imposed on the Appellant/Accused in Crl.A. No. 1641/2025 dated on 11.03.2026 and pass such further or other orders. PRAYER IN CRL A No. 1641 of 2025:

Criminal Appeal is filed to set aside the impugned order dated 17.09.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.2362 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode and enlarge the Appellant/Accused on bail in Cr.No.137/2025 and pass such further or other suitable order / orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The Petitioner is A-14 in Spl.SC.No.16 of 2025 before the Principal District and Sessions Judges Court, at Erode.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is a daily coolie and has complied with the conditions of bail order dated 11.03.2026 by appearing before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on all working days since the order was passed by this Court. He submits that the Petitioner has also furnished a security as was ordered by the aforesaid order.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent also confirmed that the Petitioner has complied with the order so far.

5. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, the condition fixed on 11.03.2026 directing the Petitioner to appear at 10.30 a.m., on all working days before the Trial Court is modified by directing the Petitioner to appear at 10.30 a.m., on every Friday of every week pending the trial.

6. In case, Friday happens to be a Holiday in any of the Month, appropriate dates will be fixed by the Court on which date the Petitioner shall appear.

7. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed in view of the above modification.
