(CRIME NO.196 OF 2021).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Bail condition the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police first Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12025 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12244 of 2021 order dated 24.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12025 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12244 of 2021 on 24.11.2021 to report before the Investigating Officer on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
