O R D E R

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2017 in accordance with Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a representation dated 16.06.2017 in accordance with Circular No.67 to cancel two documents, however, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
