16.03.2026 that the petitioners should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 9.00 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the submission of the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to relax the condition.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
