O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal orders passed in I.A.No.120 of 2012 in O.S.No.17 of 2012 dated 16.03.2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvarur and as confirmed in C.M.A No.9 of 2012 dated 28.09.2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvarur.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit is filed in the year,2012, for recovery of possession, and the same is pending for the past 2-1/2 years. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested that a direction may be given to the lower Court to dispose of the suit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the Subordinate Judge, Thiruvarur to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2012 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report the same to the Registry.
