Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditional order of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further order dated 11.04.2022 in Crl.OP.8300/2022 against the Crime No.151/2022 pending on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, S.H.O. Kadampuliyur Police Station, Cuddalore District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.POOMALAI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8300 of 2022 on 11.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
