ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2016 and to investigate the matter and to file the final report within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 01.08.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
