Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience in complying with the order dated 16.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14483 of 2021.

O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 16.07.2021 in W.P.No.14483 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings in Ref.No.LL3/41716/2021 dated 24.06.2022 issued by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force), Chennai, wherein it has been stated that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The said proceedings is taken on file and recorded.

3. Recording the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 15.07.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Jvm
