ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to settle the fees amount to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 14.03.2023, the entire fees due to the petitioner has been settled. However, he seeks interest for the said payment. Hence, he prays for issuance of appropriate directions from this Court in the above regard.
3. Considering the fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that pursuant to directions of this Court, entire fees have been settled, that too within a short time. That being so, the limited relief sought for by the petitioner seeking interest for the fees amount cannot be granted.
4. Since, entire dues have been paid by the respondents, no further orders is required in this writ petition and therefore, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
