(CRIME NO.202/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.6(b) petitioner 1,2 and 6 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.11992/2022 dated 20.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SATHIYARAJ E., Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner 1, 2 and 6 in Crl.OP.No.11992 of 2022 on 20.05.2022, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30. p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
