Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the 3rd Respondent dated 04.10.2012 in Ka.No.E.Mi.Po./Pa/Ko.pa/Ko.Puhar/A.No.332/12.13 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith give an additional load of 100 H.P.
