This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7371 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7371 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
