ORDER

The petitioner herein, alleging threat at the hands of the fourth respondent in connivance with the respondent Police, is before this Court seeking protection.

2. After notice, the fourth respondent has entered appearance through Counsel. He submits that no point of time, the fourth respondent threatened the petitioner herein.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that the petitioner has given a complaint against one Govindasamy and the same has been registered in Crime No.121 of 2024, dated 16.05.2024 and the same is under investigation. 2/5

4. Considering the fact that the Police has already registered a case on the complaint given by this petitioner, the respondents, both the Police as well as the private respondents, state that they have not threatened the petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no merit in this petition.
