The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 352, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that the enquiry was closed at the CSR. stage itself. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and prayed to dismiss the same.
3. Considering the submissions of learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the enquiry was closed at the CSR stage itself and accordingly, there is no cause of action arose for this petition, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
