O R D E R

The petitioner claims right over the property situated in Survey No.286 Site No.50, which is to an extent of 0.03 cents in A.Reddihalli Village, Dharmapuri District.

The petitioner seeks for a direction that the aforesaid property should be surveyed, for which purpose, she has paid the necessary charges. However, on account of the fact that from 17.02.2021 survey has not been conducted, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Mr.G.Krishna Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, states that the survey will be conducted within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The said statement is taken on record. The survey should be completed after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as any other person, who might claim any right over the same. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
