This action is warranted due to the abuse of power, procedural misconduct, suppression of facts, and the creation of false entries in official records.

Furthermore, it addresses the misuse of authority through the dissemination of misleading information, deceiving higher officials, and falsifying records in written communications to superiors, including Indian Police Service(IPS) officers such as the Chairperson of the National Commission of Women in New Delhi, the Director General of Police in Tamil Nadu, the Commissioner of Police for Law and Order (North), the Joint Commissioner of Police for the West Zone, the Deputy Commissioner of Police for Pulianthope District, and the Assistant Commissioner of Police for Sembium.

and 5 during the year 2021 for misleading all the IPS officers stating and by misusing the Court name that there is a Court direction to file the FIR in Cr.No.10/2021 under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC on December 3, 2021. ORDER

The present writ petition is listed today under the caption "For being mentioned".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in Paragraph No.2 of the order dated 23.06.2025, instead of respondents 1 to 3, it is mentioned as th and 6 th respondents.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Paragraph No.2 of the order is modified as follows, "2. The petitioner is appearing as a party-inperson would vehemently submit that the respondents 1 to 3, on the false information provided by the 4 th and 5 th respondents, National Commission for Women instructed the Higher Officials those who are arrayed as respondents 1 to 3 herein to take

action against this petitioner. It is the further submission of the petitioner that when he received reply under RTI, it has been categorically stated that the FIR was not registered on the basis of any Court direction. In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation on 12.08.2023 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue fresh order copy.
