ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.07.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint dated 15.07.2016 has been sent by the petitioner by post to the respondents, whereas, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner was going to the police station for enquiry, around 25 Advocates came from the local Bar and prevented him to appear before the respondent police.

3. In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 15.07.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into separately and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
